What is the name of your state? Colorado

My brother inlaw is cheating. He has admitted to it.
I cannot stand to see what it is doing to my sister and her kids.
Of course we want revenge so my question is:

Is it slander to print fliers that say something like this?:
"Jane Doe slept with my husband."
(Jane Doe is not the other woman's name, I wrote this as an example.)
And distribute them all over the neighborhood she lives in?

Thank you for taking the time to read this.

It is not a wise idea.

While defamation requires that what is published is false, invasion of privacy laws have no such limitations. Jane could sue.

Put the blame where it belongs! On her husband, and you, stay the hell out of it.

If you slander this woman, you will be making a big mistake.
