My niece's neighbor called her job stating my niece uses drugs. My niece's supervisor called her in the office and explained to her what had happened and doesn't believe a word of it as she knows my niece very well and her performance is very good (LPN). This is great, but what can she do to stop, what was truly an unfounded accusation?
