If NCP does not provide a bed and adequate privacy for teenage daughter - and is constantly lecturing her about not wanting to spend more time with him, other than what's in court order - does she have the right to choose not to go back?

How old is the child ?? You would need to petition the courts to get visitation changed based on inadequate living conditions.
