In november I was contacted to commission some jewelry for Xmas for a customer who lives in Texas, I did received a partial payment, and then 2 weeks later receieved another payment leaving a balance. All was delivered by UPS on time for Xmas as promessed, now this client is ignoring my e mails and my calls.
Question: since I live in Fl and she in Texas can i sue her in small claim court in Fl or would have I to go to texas? Can it be done via mail? the filing taht is.
Thank you for all the help you can give me

Some states will let you sue out of state parties in small claims, some won't. Even if they do let you in Florida, collecting on a default judgement if they don't show is going to be pretty hard.
