Is there a way to complain about a small claims court judge? In a hearing today to settle a matter. (shutter company was to pickup mismeasured shutter and removed the one that broke glass- but they only wanted to take the insert because they were afraid they would break glass again, I told them they had to take it all so they got mad and left (hence the hearing) from our orginal trial (shutter company delivered shutters and broke glass and installer refused to finish job, owner agreed to get someone out to hang rest after glass fixed but never did and would not offer a soultion instead sued us for not paying) The judge agreed that they needed to take all the shutter and repair glass if broke again. I asked about whether the shutter company should be responsible for making the door back like it was and he said yea, but it would involve too much time and it wouldnt cost but $10 and that much was not relevant. We agrued that it would cost more and he took ten dollars out of his wallet and threw it at me. What recourse if any is there (beside voting against him) for his behavior. Are they allowed to act like that???
