What is the name of your state? North CarolinaA customer rented a vacation home from our Florida based internet based rental company, we mailed her a rental agreement to sign which she did and returned it to us. she is threatening to sue us in small claims for the amount of her rental, Because we mailed her our rental agreement and she signed it in North Carolina where does the Jurisdiction lie, with North Carolina? or in Florida where our corporation is based??
