A partnership fell apart, due to personal conflict. My ex-partner has taken the project we were working on, and has had it in hiding, for a year. I filed a law suit against him for the return of the project, so it could be sold, and the profits slpit. The judgement was for the parties to agree on a place to sell the item, if it was not sold, it was to be put into storage until it could be sold. We were supposed to agree on the place of sale, and storage. The problem is, the former partner has refused to follow the judges decision, and refused to give me access to the item. As a result, I have to go back to court. My question is, what can I do, in order to have access to this item, so I won't have to go to court again? Also, what are my chances of getting the item returned to me by the judge? I could use any and all help with this question!!
