She asked for my help. Just stuff it.
Then you have done all you can do. And we have as well. You can't file the suit for her and you can't actually stand for her in court.

The one other thing you can do is advise her to change her deductible to something she can actually afford to pay. Otherwise, she might as well not have the coverage at all.
 


She was hoping I could learn what the steps were because she's working two jobs at the moment. She did say there was a good chance I'd run into an a-hole, but I told her not to worry -- they are out there, have no other life, and need our pity.
