My name is Ron V. & I'm living in Bonita Springs, Fl. I have a Bridgestone Tire that separated on my vehicle, while driving. I reported all of this, with pictures, documents, & parts of the separated tire,to Firestone, with all of the explanations. This tire, separated & damaged my vehicle, which totaled approxamately $870.00. All of the documentation was sent to Firestone for an explanation. They denied everything. That this tire wasn't the cause of this damage. Well, this is the third of the four tires that caused a problem, in one sense or another. The third tire, of which problems occurred. My question is: What compliant form, plaintiff form, or whatever form it is, do I need to file this in a small claims court? What are all of the procedures, that I need to file a case against Firestone/Bridgestone? Is there a form that needs to be filed, & what are the first steps of it all?Which forms are they & how do I start? This has come "full circle".
