My name is Ron V. & I'm living in Bonita Springs, Fl. I have a Bridgestone Tire that separated on my vehicle, while driving. I reported all of this, with pictures, documents, & parts of the separated tire,to Firestone, with all of the explanations. This tire, separated & damaged my vehicle, which totaled approxamately $870.00. All of the documentation was sent to Firestone for an explanation. They denied everything. That this tire wasn't the cause of this damage. Well, this is the third of the four tires that caused a problem, in one sense or another. The third tire, of which problems occurred. My question is: What compliant form, plaintiff form, or whatever form it is, do I need to file this in a small claims court? What are all of the procedures, that I need to file a case against Firestone/Bridgestone? Is there a form that needs to be filed, & what are the first steps of it all?Which forms are they & how do I start? This has come "full circle".:(

Go to your civil court and file a small claims suit against them. Depending on where you live, you might be able to file your claim in the local magistrate’s office. They have the form. It's easy to file.

It may be a "hot" button with them, but unless people don't speak up, other people may get hurt.

They may just pay it to shut you up. You never know. A concerned company would look into your complaint and act on it.
Don't get ignored.

Also, after the first tire failed, you should have taken them all off. Safety first...always.
