Both lawyers I consulted directed me to JP court as my best bet. It's the only option I have being that I don't have the funds at the moment to hire a lawyer. Thank you for the suggestion! I will kindly request the items and am expecting the HR people will have "memory loss", which is why I am gathering other witnesses that have everything in writing from them (yet were denied payment as well) and am subpoenaing their phone records.
