small claims in washington

I live in Oregon and wish to file a small claims case against a business in Spokane, WA. I do not want to drive to Spokane in order to obtain the necessary forms. Can I get the forms mailed to me in Oregon and then have them noterized and returned?
If so, how?

Simple... call the court in Spokane and ask them to mail a 'Notice of Small Claim' package of forms and instructions to you. Though you are supposed to sign the form in front of the clerk, advise them that you are out of town and confirm that a notarized verification is acceptable.
