What is the name of your state? Florida

"Joe" rented a condo in Florida approximately 10 years ago. Joe says the landlord agreed to keep his security deposit instead of his last months rent, $450 - the landlord says he never agreed to this. The landlord took Joe to small claims court and won for $450.

Joe never paid the $450 and moved out of state.

Here we are a decade later - is there any way for the landlord to FINALLY be paid this $450? what does it mean for Joe if he doesn't pay?

Yep, and even more since it has accrued interests, costs, etc.

It means the judgment creditor doesn't get paid.
