iam a member of the national notary assoc. in calif. iI responded to an ad for a free offer from the nna and sprint for a free phone. i was told i was allowed 2 free phones when i responded to the ad. on my 1st bill I was charged for the phones. sprint refuses to remove the charges and the nna says they are not responsible either. I filed a complaint with the bbb against the nna which they did not respond to. now there is a 3rd party involved another company set up my account with sprint even though this was not disclosed to me and was presented to me as an offer from nna and sprint. i have contacted this 3rd party who gave me instructions to cancel with sprint (i have this in writing from him) so that he could resolve the problem. now sprint has also charged me a disconnection fee. who should be responsible for the phone bill and should I go to small claims court or regular court. if i go to small claims court can i ask for this item to be deleted from my credit if it has been sent to the credit agencies.
