Last year I lived in New Jersey, my boyfriend at the time lived in Pennsylvania. Over the course of the year we took several small vacations together. I paid for all of them with his promise to reimburse me for half when he got a job. We have since split up and he refuses to pay my money. My older friend called him as my representative and asked when he would be able to send money. He told her he would send $50. a week. He never made the first payment. When she called him back he didn't return her call. He then emailed me that he was going to counter sue me for her harassing him, and for when I lived with his parents and him for one month. She never stated she was an attorney she only stated she was my representative. As for staying with his parents and him for that month. They wanted no money and I bought my own food. He states he's going to counter sue me for mental stress. Do I have a case to sue in small claims since he verbally acknowledge to my representative that he owed money. and am I any under obligation to his parents for that month when nothing was stated. Also I don't know what his so called mental stress is, I think he's a crock on that one. Please advise. He owes me two hundred dollars.
thanks
