as a follow-up question....i rec'd no paper airline ticket from delta airline and therefore no "fine print"..they also claimed responsibility for not getting us an alternate flight with another airline in their letter, thereby acknowledging guilt...this is in response to your quick and informational response to my earlier question...thank you so much and i really appreciate your help.
