arkansas.If i win in small claims court, is it up to me to collect or will the court set up payment. If it is up to me what are my options.

Enforcement of any judgment is entirely up to you, the courts don't collect them.

You have several enforcement 'tools', including executions (levy against property and/or assets) and garnishment (seizure of debtor property held by or in control of a 3rd party).
