What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? MA.
I am interested in starting a small internet business where I would sell subscriptions to senior caregivers (in their 40's to 60's) to provide a service to their aging parents (in their 70's to 90's). I am concerned about 3 things- the legal pages on my website, the risk of 3rd party liability to these recipient aging parents, and the risk of being accused of elder abuse for providing the service (a regular phone call). How can I move ahead with this? Do I need 3 different lawyers? What do you recommend?
Thanks
