Can a city police officer write a ticket to me in an area that is unicorporated? I also pulled onto my private property at the time he wrote the ticket. He cited me for vc 21453(a); taking a right turn at a red light without stopping.
Also on the tikcet, in the location section he wrote three street names and the violation only occurred at two of the three: e.g/ Fourth Rd and below it Visalia/Prospect. The violation actually occurred at Fourth and Prospect. Is there a procedural on the writing of the ticket?
