What is the name of your state? CA.My tenants secretly were friends with and enemy in the nieghborhood and once they got in they immeadiately started playing games with me first by never speaking to me again paying rent late intimidating my landscaper into quiting with their fierocious dog and leaving gabage and dead christmas trees and tumble weeds piled 3 or 4 high against the house and avoiding me and never responding to my written requests that they call me.and now the final insult they stop paying rent,altogether. meanwhile the enemy in the nieghborhood who is a realtor and a inlaw on my wifes side is tring to mess up my home ownership by secretly puting his jerk friend as a tennant in my house a house he had previously listed for sale but had deliberatly not worked at selling because he and my wife conspired to force me into forclosure while his sister and I are in a long and protracted divorce.The reason is that my wife just doesn't want me to have a way to keep the house our children grew up in. shes tring to humilliate me also.I know that the tenants in my house are in league with the devil so to speak but since no one will speak to me it's hard to prove if my former nieghbor and friend had not hinted at the real problem by telling me that my wife and her brother were frequent guests.I may not have figured it out so soon but later my wife asked if I knew the people as well as she did almost bragging that I had been had but I and not her leased out the house and now they're up to there old tricks again tring to force a forclosure through financial hardship on me! I know it's eviction time but I really hate some sneeky and devious people!Just had to put it out there .for any help. P.S. I really feel decieved!

First - you need new medication...THEN - somewhere along this twisted tale, you provided the keys to your house to these people...hire an attorney and remove the tenants....

I agree with Cvillecpm. You need an attorney to sort this mess out. Call around and find one that specializes in LL-Tenant law (one who usually does evictions) and see if you can find one who does them for a flat fee. Too much drama going on to sort this out.
