I live in an apartment/house, with 3 apartments total. I need to know who the law requires regarding the number of tenants/apartments to where it is the landlord/owners responsibility of shoveling the snow and landscaping? He is making it our responsibility (he is a new owner of the property), along with any pipes freezing, all plumbing repairs, leaks, faucets, water damage and bathroom caulking. Is this legal for him to ask that of us? Please HELP!!!!!

Thank-You!!!

Snow removal is normally the responsibility of the tenants. The rest L is responsible for unless damaged due to tenants.
