i understand what your saying and why you said it.....i wanted to know if it is possible to win if i plead not guilty based on the evidence. if they only said i had alcohol on my body i dont understand how i can be given two citations. if someone who is 21 spilled beer on me accidentally i shouldnt be given an underage.(metaphorically speaking)
