I am returning to the workmarket after 8 years,so,there are some inconvinient to star and also, I want to compensate this time, depositing more than the retentions . Some suggestions ??

I'm sorry - - it's probably me, but I have no idea what "inconvinient to star and also, I want to compensate this time, depositing more than the retentions" means.
