I live in Florida.
A business in California used my social security # to file a claim with my health insurance.
I was not in California, and no one else was authorized to use my health insurance.
Should I sue?
Any advice would be appreciated.What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)?

Sure, why the heck not. Sure for 1.2 million that sounds like a good round number. :rolleyes:
