What is the name of your state? What is the name of your state? SC

My husband and I would like to prepare a will for each of us. if I complete a will with the software I have and get it notarized. is that enough? If not please tell me with else I need to do. We really don't have the money to pay 100's to have one drawn up.

Thank in advance,

It will be acceptable if your assets are less than $5,000. For anything over that it would be wise to at least have an attorney review it to see if if meets all of your state's legal requirements.
