A man I know has written some software for a non-profit club. The software is installed on the clubs computer and has been used for a number of years. The man has always maintained that the software is his and that he is just letting the club use it.

Can the man remove the software from the club's computer if he wants to? Could he ask the club to stop using the software and remove it from the computer?

Just like when we were all kids, when the kid that owns the ball goes home, the game is over. The owner of the software can do as he pleases with it.
