I have a friend, FOR REAL, who asked me to post about SOL - I was telling her how awesome this forum was - she had questions, I told her that I'd love to post something else, but had no issues myself right now.... so...
Can you tell me the SOL in Indiana? Is it different regarding different things? ie: credit card, repo car, bill for services
She had a car taken back (repo) by the bank in 1997 -- it was sold at auction but the remainder of the balance was still on her credit report.
She was also renting a building for business in 1997 and left without paying the last months rent.
I think that was all she asked me to check on -- though I thought there were three things.
