Hello everyone,
I saw someone post some websites that have information on them in regards to the Statute of Limitations for each state. Unfortunately some of the information at these sites is either incomplete or not correct. I need to know the SOL for the different types of agreements (contracts) in Ohio. I am specifically looking for written contracts, open ended accounts such as credit cards and promissary notes. If anyone could lead me to the actual legal information I would appreciate it.
