My husband is in the military. we had taken a loan out from a company in Nevada when we were living in ky. we have since then moved to south carolina. which state is the sol effective for this debt. Nevada, south carolina, or kentucky.

KY SOL on a written contract is 15 years ! SOL in SC is 3. Nevada doesn't matter. IF you are sued, they can sue where the agreement was signed or where you live NOW. Usually they will sue where you live now and that state's SOL would apply.
