What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Oregon
In 1999 I got a DUI, I went to court and had to take diversion classes..well I paid all the fines but never completed the classes and as a result I have'nt had a drivers license since then...can anyone tell me if there is a statue of limitations, do I have to go back and complete the diversion class or can I just go to the DMV and get my license?

Statute of limitations only applies to the time between the commission of the crime to the time prosecution commences.

You need to meet the terms of your sentence.
