In Florida: Thanks "Always Liable" for response. I also have this problem. Experian shows I was 30 days late in April of 98 on Discovercard, but the attorney at the CA sent the summons dated in March. But I defaulted paying thru CCCS in august of '97 and got way behind. But I lost my records due to husbands Alzheimers. I only have the original contract date to start CCCS in '96. CCCS has no records now. Is it hopeless for me to prove SOL?
