BTW, I've been looking for an answer regarding the freezing of my account. The question is: How does the court decide who get what monies? I have a mortage and a car payment through the bank in which they froze the account.
Without looking at the TX code, I'd guess that once there's a court order to freeze an account not even the bank can take any funds out of it - except to give it to the judgment creditor.
true. But if the creditor takes all the funds, then the bank doesn't have any money to deduct for the mortage/ auto. Kinda like the chicken and the egg.
