If a credit report states I was 30 days past due on 1/01, is it safe to say that on 2/05 my 4 years are officially up? I live in TX, and the SOL for legal action is 4 years.

Thanks again

when I looked it up on Equifax (I bought the 3/$29.99), it said that in Jan. 01, it was 30 days past due. I was told, that the clock starts ticking, as it relates to SOL, after that. There were no payments made after Dec. of 00. Hope this makes sense.
