For your information....

I did not hijack this post....I was simply asking a question pertaining to the OP question...he stated he was from Texas and robbed a bank...so simply asked, what's the statue of limitations?? I don't think I was in the wrong.

Good news... and bad news....
Since you were charged with the crime, there is NO statute of limitations. The charge will remain until such time as you are brought to justice.... or the prosecutor decides to not prosecute the case.

Tx. I Just found out that it filled as a state charge. How long will I be inside for?
I have not priors and they have agreed to drop the federal uftap charges if I surrender.
