What is the name of your state? MN
I sold an altima on ebay in a no reserve auction for $5700. The winner of the auction is from ND. In my auction I required an initial deposit of $500 in Paypal. I have yet to see this and the buyer is not responding. I'm thoroughly irritated since I've sold a number of cars and items on ebay and never had a problem. What options are available to me? Do I have a right to sue? If so, how?

Thank you very much for your help!!!

sure you can sue. Travel to South Dakaot, file suit and wait until it's heard.

OR, relist the care, leave negative feedback and be done with him.

Sue? Good heavens. No, you can't sue anyone for not paying for an Ebay purchase unless you sent the item and they didn't pay.

Wait 7 days, on day 8 file a Non-Paying Bidder dispute. Ebay will nag the buyer for you and if the buyer still does not pay you, close the dispute and Ebay will refund your final value fees and listing fees. You may then relist the car. Do not relist until your dispute has closed or you will incur new listing fees.

Its like you have never heard of someone not paying on e-bay before. Its not a new thing move on and relist.
