What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? New york

I sold a used washing machine to someone, which i advertised online. I had posted pictures. He came and seen the machine, my husband offered to plug it in and try it he refused and said I'm happy with the purchase. He gave me the money and left with the machine. A day later writes me that i mislead him. I had written in the description it was an LG but actually it was a GE it was a typo on my part. I didn't mislead if i legit thought it was an LG. He wanted to bring it back and get his money back. Does he have a case? I apologized for the mixup but he did see the washer and it was only a day later he noticed.

Do the letters GE appear prominently on the front panel where the dials and switches are?

If yes, tell him that.

Your typo in the ad shouldn't be an issue if he could see GE right in front of his face.
