We went to mediation and he said he wanted to be involved in the major decisions so the mediator explained joint legal to him. And he wanted that. He has never been interested in making any decisions about our child until I took him to court for child support earlier this year. Now he wants to do anything to get on my nerves. He wants it b/c I don't want him to have it basically. Is there anything I can do, so that he doesn't get it and make my life miserable?
