California.I have a judgment against an individual who has a business and is a sole proprietor. He does not own the Real Estate. How do I garnish wages from his business when he is his own employer and I cannot prove how or how much he pays himself? Can he file exemptions and on what basis? Can I lien a business? And which forms should I complete to accomplish these tasks?
