What is the name of your state? California, Arizona

My questions is:
Do I need any license to solicit money from private parties to invest in real estate developments my partners are building in Arizona? My job is to raise money and place those investors into general partnerships and once the project is completed they are payed back a pre-determined amount from the profits.

My plan is to set up a formal website to direct clients/investors to view opportunites as they arise.

I currently have my California Real Estate license.

Thanks,
