I WAS CHARGED WITH SOLICITING IN OHIO AND PUT ON PROBATION IN 2017 ALSO I HAD TO DO COMM. SERVICE WHICH I DID NOT FINISH AND I MISSED MOST OF MY COURT DAYS . I NOW HAVE A WARRANT OUT FOR MY ARREST. WHAT SHOULD I DO? WILL I GO TO JAIL? I ALSO OWE THE COURT 600 PLUS DOLLARS. SHOULD I TURN MYSELF IN? HOW MANY DAYS SHOULD I GET. I BASICALLY DIDNT COMPLY WITH NONE OF THE COURT ORDERS AND I MISSED COURT A LOT.

You should speak to a lawyer in your area now, before you are arrested on the warrant.

You will eventually - sooner rather than later - want to turn yourself in to face the consequences of your failure to complete your sentence as ordered. The attorney you see will work on getting you the best outcome possible, based on the facts.

Good luck.

Posting in ALL CAPS is considered "yelling" on the internet. Please, don't yell at the members here. Standard capitalization and punctuation only. Thank You...

The post was short enough that it was easy to read, even with all capital letters. I didn't feel I was being shouted at. :)

I felt it prudent to ask she not post in all caps. Her next post could be a novella for all we know... ;)

In Indiana law (as in most places), solicitation means to "command, authorize, urge, incite, request, or advise an individual" to engage in a sexual act. But you knew that.

When I hear "soliciting" I actually first think of a licensed for-hire vehicle driver that is soliciting fares on the street, which is illegal here and much more common than any other type of soliciting.
