Alright, anyone have any idea of what I could probably sue for? I can't call a lawyer until Monday

Alright, here's the sum of it:
An ex-friend of mine made a Myspace profile of me (My pictures, my name, everything) and sent out messages to local girls around here saying he was going to rape and kill them and then their families. They didn't let me see the actual message but supposable hundreds were sent out. He also told everyone I was planning on bombing and shooting up a bunch of schools. He ruined my reputation around here, then since I am an internet marketer, I use my computer to make money.. well the police had my computer in their custody for a month since they had to take it during their investigation.. so for a whole month I was out pretty much seeing as my computer was my only source of income.

What can I sue for and how much do you think I can sue for?

You could potentially sue for defamation.

Damages awarded in any defamation action is up to the judge to determine. Most people ask for far more than they are ever awarded. Amounts would depend on the evidence of injury to your reputation - both as it relates to your employment and income, and as it relates to your standing in the community.

I would present all of the information you have to your attorney and see what he/she says.
