My daughters mother is a witch. Is burning at the stake totally illegal in California?
OK, here's my real problem..
X's mom and dad, ( my little girls grandparents) keep interering with my dicissions. I tell my daughter one thing, then Grandpa says to do something else. She is told by mom, grandma and grandpa she is supposed to listen to them because she lives with them more. Can I have Grandparents limits set by the court. In other words can I have their say limited as far as my daughter is concerned?
This is in CA.

My response:

As long as one of the parents is allowing GP visitation, there isn't much, if anything at all, that you can do to correct this situation. As long as the GP's are doing what is allowed by the other parent, then a court will uphold her visitation with the GP's.

In this type of a situation, "Troxel" does NOT come into play because one of the parents is allowing GP visitation, and as such, as long as the "best interests of the children" are in line with the law and with the other parent's wishes, then you'd be hardpressed to stop such visitation, or even correct those things you perceive as not being "in line" with your thoughts.

Good luck to you.
