I purchased some Harley Davidson painted tins from a shop in colorado and sent to new york, they were'nt very good so i asked if i could return them for a refund ,they said yes, i have'nt seen any refunds now for 3 weeks ,they say there going to do it but they never do,now they have my $1335.00 and the product. what can i do??? Thanks for any input

If so, dispute the charges.

Do you have proof that you shipped the stuff back to them and that they received it?

I hope you sent the return package via someway that there can be verification obtained that they actually received it. If not you may be out of luck, sounds like you may not dealing with a very reputable shop and if you're unable to verify that they actually received the return package they can just say it was never received.

Depending on how the package was sent you can contact the shipping company you used to verify that it was received. Most companies have websites that you can easily look up a packages progress and receipt. If you can prove they received the package you can try taking them to small claims court. Issue with that is you would most likely have to file suit in the state that the shop operates in.

As a matter of fact i had signature confirmation so i know that received them on aug. 12th , i used paypal funds from my checking acct, not credit card, they tell me his partner's going to do it but he 's really busy right now, wtf!!

never use paypal .. no protection whatsoever

your only recourse is to sue in small claims & after winning, collecting (the hard part)
