What is the name of your state?Arizona

I have a dilemma. My parents are going through a divorce. I wanted nothing to do with since they made that decison 31 years ago to get married and have me, only now my fathers girlfriend is intervening. She is telling everyone she knows, I know and my mother knows that I am not my fathers daughter. This has been a really trying time for me and I am emotionally spent. I am a mother of three myself and to have someone hurt me like that I want nothing more than to straighten out the record so I don't have continue having her saying things hurtful to me, about me. My parents never had a paternity test done and I don't have my fathers last name because at the time I was born my mother was still with my step father. It's an unusual case but if someone has come advice please let me know.. :(

so your dad'd girlfriend is a royal b****. And she lets everyone know this spreading these stories to everyone she meets.

I don't see any legal recourse for you here. In fact, you don't even know for sure that she isn't telling the truth.

I don't know what contact you have with them, but I would suggest not allowing your dad over if he brings his GF. She is obviously mean and spiteful and would be a bad influence on your children.
