we live in West Virginia and my wife bought a nice preowned mini van from a car dealer in Ohio, they told her she was approved and all threw this certain bank she sighned the loan agreement along with all the other papers like transferring titles where we had a trade in,and now almost a week later they called her back and told her they couldnt get her fianancing and want us to bring the van back to them and get our trade in back, well we went threw all the papers she sighned and there was one it was called a SPOT DELIVERY AGREEMENT and when they was explaining what the paper said they told her that they have 3 days to notifiy her if they need anymore papers signed, well after carefuly reading it now it says, that they have 3 days from the date hereof to nodify her if they couldnt find any third party fianancing,it was dated 11/25 and they called us on 12/1 ,i told them the 3 days was up 2 days ago and they said it doesnt matter, but i think it does, she has sighned a loan agreement and all and i asked the salesman right in front of her and my brother when they was getting more information,i said i thought she was approved alredy he said she is they just need a couple more things and they are working on the paper work to be signed and they would be right with us,and we went into the office and sighned everything shook hands and went on our way,so do you think i have a case
