What is the name of your state? NY

I run an online gambling forum and promote casinos. To make a long story short, I got paid from the casino last month through an online payment provider ( neteller out of CANADA ). The casino said that I had fraudulent players and that I owe them back $6,000 and will settle without investigation if I give that to them. They are located in the Bahamas ( website ) and physically in South Africa.
They are telling me they will prosecute to the fullest extent of the law to get their money back. In the meantime, they went into their own casino software, and pretending to be me depositing into the casino, entered in my neteller account number and secure ID and took $1,500 out of my neteller account. Neteller is investigating this.
Is there anything they can do to me regarding prosecution? They said they have legal representation in North America but everything that has happened has been online.

I was told by several people that if anything, they violated me by going in and taking money from my neteller account via their software. But can their attorneys go after ME for promoting them and getting paid for fraudulent players??

Any help would be most appreciated!! I'm desperate and a bit worried they may try to sue me.

Thanks!

My response:

Yes, they have a case. And, to enforce it, they will be sending at least 100 Pygmy spear-chuckers to your home to cannibalize you, and shrink your head.

so, they really can't sue me or get the local authorities after me?
**A: can't you read? IAAL stated that, yes, they have a case.
And not only that, did you know that the state and the Feds are monitoring the website? And that the Feds have already won in cases involving online gambling where such gambling is considered illegal?

My response:

I didn't say that at all!

You're dealing with International law, and none of us deal in International law. Furthermore, none of us really care about the "trials and tribulations" of people who get burned by someone on the Internet.

When you play with fire, you're bound to get burned.
