What is the name of your state?HAWAII
This girl didn't like me and she copied one of my images and posted it in her website for everyone to leave nasty comments about it. She has no permission from me to use the picture. Is there a way that I can stop her from doing this? Is this legal?

personally and morally... i don't think so... but if you posted your picture in a public profile or the sort (yahoo profiles, msn personals etc etc) they have a user agreement if you decided to read it... stating that what ever you put there is open to the public blah blah blah and all that stuff.... and if it's not copywritted/trade-marked i dont think you can really do much... especially if its nothing private... and if it was taken in a public place... i dont know thats what i think... im not a profressional(sp)

---- also im waiting for more comments about my grammer and such im use to it so no point in informing me
