What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? MI

I sold a lady a phone 6 months ago. For 75 dollars. The phone she ordered from me never came, I asked if she wanted a refund she said she wanted a phone. I got her another phone and sent her the phone plus a free shirt. She got it but said she didn't like it but said it was fine. Well a month or 2 later she wrote me asking if I got the original phone. I said no it didn’t come. She then writes me in Dec, and said she wants her money back. I don’t have it to refund her. She just wrote me an email saying if I don't give her money in 2 months She will take "action" against me. My question is, Is there really anything she could do? I need help. Please answer my question thanks

There's nothing she can do unless you either promised that she would be able to get a refund this far after the sale or you sent her a different phone than what she paid for.
