Just an update.

I knew in my heart that I was right about the exceptions not following the "Rules of Procedure", so I filed my motion to dismiss, despite several people telling me that I was wrong.

All exceptions have been dismissed, and the master's recommendations have been granted, because they didn't follow the rules.

In other words, I got what I was after in the first place. I'm happy, and know that my daughter would be if I explained it all to her(which I have no intention of doing). But I have vacation time NEXT WEEK!!!! WOOOHOOOOOOOO....

Pro Se...

Damn, now she say's she's going to "compel" me to grant a passport. No need for one that I can see.

Congrats!

although that doesn't necessarily mean the advice you got was inaccurate- judges do have quite a bit of discretion

You could always agree, and then 'compel' her to keep it in a safe deposit box requiring 2 keys to open it, a la James Bond... that way, it's only accessible if you BOTH agree to its use. ;)

Congrats, by the way. Z's right, in that it doesn't mean anyone was wrong necessarily - we all tend to err on the side of caution, yanno?

Enjoy your vacation.
