What is the name of your state? California

Hello
I have been divorced for a year now.
I have two teenage daughters. 5 and 8 years old.
The divorce process actually went very simple and we agreed on visitation, support and other details fairly easily.
However, my ex does not beleive or ever been confident that I am doing a good job for the 6 days a month when my girls are with me. About 8 month ago I received an e-mail out of the blu, saying that if something happen to them, my ex will do everything in her power to take the kids away, no matter what the price is. What really cam as a surprice, this e-mail was uncalled for.
Now, the last weekend I had my girls over and I thought we had fabulose time. What drove everything to shreds and blew our time was this situation. We went to a restaurant with a lot of people in it. As we finished eating and as I was paying the bill, the little one ran out of the restaurant because she saw a free candy on the stand. I immediatley ran out. It actually took me 3 minutes to find her but this should not be exuse. Even one minute would be too much.
Well, as I expected, I was told on that I last a little child and could not find her for hours. Something that my ex was aparently exhited to hear about.
Now, before I go any further, I will be the first one to say STUPID, STUPID, STUPID me with no exuse. My ex claimed that the older daughter was so scared, she wanted to go and see her mom, which I know wasnt true because we all went to a doll store to shop for a birthday gift.
Well, I got the call on Monday. Sounded like she was recording it a s well. She simply told me that from now on I will not be allowed to spend time with my kids and despites the cort order, She will have to be present during all visits. This is something that I cannot agree on. She already got the lawer and he called me yesturday.
This is something that I am very confused about and dont know what to do at this time. Can someone with bid more experience then me advice on what am I dealing with.
Good people of the shire, where do I go from here.
Thank you very much

Your wife cannot disobey the court order. Neither she nor her lawyer have a right to make changes to the court order -- only the court can do that. Tell her she either abides by the court order or you will take her to court for contempt. And then YOU will file for a change of custody based on her refusing to allow you your time per the court order. She has no right to dictate that she has to be present unless the COURT ORDER gives her that right and that if she attempts to interfere you will move for full custody and contempt.

Great info. Thanks. I was not planning to get an atturney and file it myself. Would you recommend I do that?
Thanks

I did not mean to offend the community with my silly mistakes. I am really in need of advice and will try to keep my focus on how I express myself.
